EPG requires all returned goods (defective, damaged, unwanted or otherwise) to be sent back to us in the original condition they were received in, with all accessories, manuals and the original packaging. Items that are being returned purely because they are no longer wanted should be returned in unopened packaging.
EPG Retains the right to refuse a refund or charge an appropriate fee for items that are returned without original packaging and/or without accessories and manuals.

If your item is not faulty or you ordered the incorrect item, you may return it for store credit if it has not been used. Store credit will be added within 14 days from when EPG receive the returned item(s) and they have been inspected
All Items Must be in their original packaging and unused. EPG is unable to accept the return of any item unless it is in its original undamaged Packaging
If the item is not faulty you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
If you are shipping us back an item worth over £80.00 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or have sufficient insurance in place EPG do not guarantee that they will receive the returned item.
If you wish to exchange an item, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on where you are located.

Repairs and Parts
Spare Parts
Depending on the manufacturer’s policies. You May be able to repair your item on site
If your item can be repaired on-site we may send out replacement parts under the terms of the warranty. When requesting spare parts, you must provide photographic evidence of the faulty part/ damaged area clearly highlighting the defect or by having the part returned to EPG. EPG Do not stock spare parts but we will order in as and when required so this does mean lead times can be longer also we cannot guarantee that spare parts are available for every item.
If an item is out of warranty we may not be able to acquire parts for that specific but if we can ALL Parts outside of warranty will be Chargeable plus the delivery charge.
If EPG Sends out new parts before we receive a faulty part or photographic evidence this part is Chargeable plus the Delivery charge.
Return, Repair and Replacement
EPG stock the very best available products from reputable suppliers, however sometimes damages can happen and items can be damaged in transit
If you receive an item that has damage or is faulty it can be repaired or in some cases replaced.
Replacement of your item is at the discretion of manufacturer’s warranty guarantee policy.
If your item is faulty or damaged upon receipt, please contact [email protected] and make clear the condition in which you received the item and the circumstances in which you where trying to use the item/product
Please attach photos and or video evidence of the item you received
If your item is within the warranty period and it appears that your item is clearly faulty or damaged and not able to perform its intended use EPG will liaise with the manufacturer and they will arrange a collection time with you.
Shipping fees depend on the manufacturer’s own policy and whether the item is still under warranty.
If the item is outside of the warranty period, or if it has a non-warrantable fault you will be liable for carriage both ways plus parts and labour.
Before collection, box the item, if possible in the same packaging as it came in include your proof of purchase and your order number Name, address and if possible the name of the person You liaised with.
Activating your warranty
EPG Supply a few different brands so it is down to the customer to activate your own warranty Because of this different brands, have different warranty Policies.
It is the customers responsibility to Activate the warranty for each item Purchased.
Cancelling your order
You may cancel your order or any part of it up to 60 minutes after placing it for any reason however if your order has been dispatched and is with the courier a restocking fee may apply.
